Shannon Bessette is a Physical Therapist with over 20 years experience helping people with various pain conditions. She received training and is certified in Craniosacral Therapy which she uses as a foundation for most sessions.  Her curiosity of how the mind and body are connected to healing led her to the Somatic Coaching Academy, where she became certified in Core Centering, and Sensation Based Motivational Coaching. She is a trainer for the Somatic Coaching Academy in the Cross Mapping Method. She also received training from PTBCCT for Comprehensive TMJ Evaluation and Treatment.  Her continued love of spirit and soul grows, and has led her to read and listen to various thought leaders. All of this, serves to help Shannon connect to her clients in a deep and holistic way.
